I recently visited Touchless Wash and selected the highest service package. However, I was disappointed to see that my car was not cleaned properly. There are still visible dust particles on the surface that I can easily wipe off with my fingers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH.nI had the worst experience of a car wash. And when you try to contact the owner and make a complaint, or put a negative review, you are instantly labeled as a scammer and stealer. CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS TO FIND OUT.nThis guy is sooo good in running away customers from its business.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH nnThis place is a complete scam and should be avoided.nnI paid $4 for 4 minutes of the foam brush. When the timer ended, I continued cleaning with the soap I had already paid for. It took me about 5 more minutes to finish, because 4 minutes is not enough time to clean a car.nnWhen I paid another $4 to rinse the soap, the machine was blocked and my money was taken without giving me the service. Their excuse was that they kept the money to “cover” the extra minutes I used after the timer ended. This is blatant fraud. I wasn’t using free soap that I brought from home I was using their soap that I purchased at their store that I had already paid for.nnHere’s the trick: instead of blocking the machine completely and stopping you from putting any more money. They wait until you put more money in, and then instantly shut the machine off so they can keep your money without delivering anything. That’s not an accident it’s a fraud.nnThis is not a misunderstanding or bad service. It is a dishonest business practice designed to cheat customers. Go anywhere else. Spend your money at a real car wash that actually delivers the service you pay for. Do not trust this place under any circumstances.nn This is theft disguised as a car wash.

If still you want to use the worst car wash equipment in Laval and get humiliated for bringing business to a super rude, shameless owner/manager, then go ahead. The service didn't start after paying 4 dollars to the machine. Called the number and no one picked up after three attempts. Then they started the emergency sound system to pay again or leave the bay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Lave Auto Libre Service in Laval is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We paid for a session to clean our car, and while we were wiping things down, we left a couple of wet wipes on the ground for a moment, planning to pick them up right after. Instead of just letting us finish, they ended the session right there even though we had already paid. That’s basically stealing.nnThe manager was rude and clearly doesn’t trust anyone. When we tried to call to explain, he literally said he would block us if we contacted him again. That’s the kind of customer service you get here. And if you read the other reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one. He always replies by blaming the customer and never takes responsibility. Then at the end of his responses he tells people to “be respectful” as if we were insulting him, when in reality we’re just sharing what actually happened.nnThis place is a scam. They take people’s money, treat customers terribly, and act like they’re doing you a favour. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
