EVERYONE that works at this place is beyond spectacular!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy quality items at a decent price. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase.
This is my second time dealing with them, and both times have been great experiences. It's a rare thing when you great service to go along with a great deal. Simon has the ability to make negotiations feel like a win/win outcome. I would definitely recommend them.
We went and took advantage of their open house sale on Friday the 29 of November. The adviser we had made our purchases the easiest possible way. Great selection of greatly discounted products. She had a vast knowledge of the products we were looking for. I highly recommend this location.
This is the worst place for service by far. You better not do any service at all than bringing your machine there. Service rep is rude and clueless. My machine came back with no oil in the engine and bunch of stripped screws. Make yourself a favor and do not set foot in this place. And do not call brp after they mess up your machine, you wont be able to talk to someone helpful. Overall, just dont buy brp products.

Have purchased a pontoon and a can-am defender here! Dealt with Simon, cannot express how wonderful these two separate experiences were! These guys are SUPERB! If you are looking to buy your next skidoo/Can-Am or beautiful Sylvan pontoon you need to go here first!
Great place to rent snowmobiles or other mobile equipment. They were very friendly even though I don't speak a bit of French. Rates are good and they offer a very large selection of winter clothing and gear. Renting process was quick and easy and reservations are a feature. Gas station is convenient for filling machines before return although not much room for full size cars.
We had a wonderful experience. The staff was above and beyond reproach. We had the pleasure of dealing with Marilyne, who we found to be a gem and an asset to this establishment. We also dealt with Caroline who helped us choose the right helmets and goggles. We are pleased with the ATV that Marilyne sold us. We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you to all. Bought a used 2011 skidoo from these guys and received amazing after sale service. They even brought back my machine free of charge after diagnosing and repairing minor problem.Big thanks to Marilyne and Mikael . Definitely recommend buying here!!
If you are looking for a great rental experience this is the place to go! With over 150 snowmobiles and other off-roading vehicles that are changed yearly you can be sure to have the best machines there is to offer. Also their newly renovated rental centre is super stylish and even has a "mini" skidoo museum. They even have everything to dress you if you don't have any gear. Upstairs there's a whole store with great deals and lots of choice. Definitely worth dropping by.
