The change rooms need to be cleaned better. Always has a bad smell, especially in the showers. Also, closing down the swimming area Monday to Thursday afternoons for swim lessons really limits someone from having access to the pool when they work.
Disrespectful staff. Lifeguards that don't even practice first aid. A blonde manager that hold prejudices against the disabled. And last I checked the YMCA were around to bridge gaps in community. Other then overpriced memberships. They lack any community engagement. And are now a money grab kind of business.
This is a decent gym, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also quite clean. But it would be nice to see an updated leg press machine on the second floor. A plate loaded Hack Squat or Power Squat would be great additions for leg day along with a plate loaded hip thrust machine.nnThe hours on the weekends are kind of short. I do wish they opened earlier all 7 days.
Family bathroom is to small and very dirty floors. Drop in pickle ball is usually to busy for family's to teach their kids. They lack home school options.
Gyms nice but really missing a smith machine! Other then that maybe later hours would be nice!
