Cindy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help us, and to accommodate our needs when it wasn’t necessary to do so. I wish every place of business had someone like Cindy working for them.
I am extremely unhappy with sun life financial and the representative of theirs at this office. I have paid into a policy for 11 years. Now I have submitted a straightforward claim for surgery downtime and guess what? Yep you guessed I'm still waiting.....my surgery was in October. They show a lot of people in their picture I assume they are staff .....I wonder if any of you can finally get something done for me?
