Laurence Mignault Physiothérapie

Laurence is fantastic at what she does! I went to see her for tendonitis in my shoulder. I had been in pain for over a year, due to a work related accident. After a few sessions with her, I felt a change immediately because she gave me the right exercises to lessen the pain and make my shoulder stronger. She is friendly, professional and knows her job well, I highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Laurence since three years and i should say that i have been extremely satisfied with her treatment approach. I find her approach very natural and gradual which helped in maintaining the benefits of the treatment for long time. She also empowers the patient with enough knowledge about the problem. Once the patient understands the root of the problem, she then gives him/her a toolbox of exercises. She is really professional and expert in her field, and i do recommend her.

Laurence initially treated me for an Achilles tendonitis, providing me with a regular clinic treatment schedule as well as home exercises and advice which allowed me to recover smoothly and quickly. As a result of my own inattention during a workout, I injured my left shoulder and developed an impingement syndrome. Laurence again created a successful treatment plan, along with a home exercise program, and worked together with my athletic therapist to coordinate a holistic treatment approach. In addition to being a very skilled therapist, Laurence is very personable, and clearly enjoys her work and working with people.I highly recommend her for any of your therapeutic needs.

Laurence is patient, understanding and kind enough to listen to all of my theories about what's going on with my joints (even though she obviously knows better). Her instructions are clear and very easy to follow. I loved that, in the follow ups, I could voice concerns with an exercise (if I found it painful) and she would modify the routines. I 100% recommend Laurence if you are having any physio-related issues or are looking for a "good" physiotherapist. She's not just good, she's awesome.

Laurence is an outstanding physical therapist. She's an experienced professional who is friendly enough to make you feel comfortable. Laurence will work to ensure your issue is resolved, by working with you during the sessions and giving you exercises to strengthen the weak areas at home to make sure you don't re-injure yourself. Laurence is a true professional and does whatever she can to make sure the experience is a good one.
