Not a fan of their prices, but the chocolate is very good. The ice cream is amazing too. Very rich and creamy, and they give you a little chocolate on top as well. Lots of flavours to choose from. A million times better than dairy queen...

The last time I went into the store i got a tub of ice cream later that night I went to eat it and I found a hair in my ice cream, when I went back to get a new tub of ice cream they were happy to exchange but when I got home I found two more hairs in my new tub of ice cream. I recommend hair nets or something so that people don’t find hairs in their ice cream.

This is a typical Laura Secord... Everything you would expect from the chain, such as high quality chocolate goods for every season. The reason I am even writing the review is a single proper noun, "Marg". The manager here is amazing. I have never seen someone juggle so many tasks, remain calm and patient as a leader, and still have time to smile and make each customer feel welcome. A single person can take an average chain and turn it into something really special, and that is what Marg has done here. If you are looking for a gift or just have fine tastes then I would recommend you here in a heartbeat.

Awesome quality! Love the no sugar added chocolates and ice cream. I highly recommended their products overall. Customer service at this location is awesome!
