I'm delighted to recommend Latino Market, an incredibly convenient store that caters to the needs of Latinx customers. They offer an extensive selection of items ranging from guascas, a spice essential in preparing ajiaco, to queso costeño, fruit pulps, Imusa products, molinillo, pony malta, panela, and an array of Mexican and Peruvian products. Whenever I visit, I always make sure to grab some empanadas and envueltos as they're simply delicious. I appreciate the opportunity to stay connected to my gastronomic heritage, thanks to the valuable resources provided by Latino Market.
This was an amazing experience. Not only is the food delicious and traditional, but the service was above and beyond. I placed a huge takeout order for a party, which they pulled off perfectly. The prices were super reasonable, and they even helped me by personally bringing out my order to my car. 10/10 will recommend.
Although the store has perfect location, customer service is horrible. The cashier has no idea about providing decent customer service.
I know this place since 2008, that I arrived to London, Ontario. I was client during its administrations between 2008 - 2013. During those years, the place was a reference for the Latino community in general. Nowadays, I have been at this store just a couple of times, since I’m back in town, March 2022. Unfortunately, this place is not anymore a good ambassador of or culture! The place is always disorganized, dirty, smelly and they don’t keep a good track of their inventory. On top of that, some of its employees do not have idea of what customer service means. I have witnessed rude attitudes towards customer and their children caused by their same messy environment. On August 24, 2022, around 4:30 a kid opened a fridge and the lady attendant screamed at him “do not open that”, when there wasn’t a warning sign for it. Of course his mother defended him and told the attendant, that is not the way to speak to a customer. She also let her know that that was the last time that she visited them and left the store! So, in conclusion; if they don’t know how to provide a good service, how to treat customers, and maintain a well organized establishment, it’s better for them to close, instead of keep damaging the Latino business reputation!
Incredible food for very cheap! As a Colombian, I personally recommed this place. Not only can you find products to take home but the food is truly remarkable. There is a daily menu consisting usually of soup and a dish composed of rice, meat, salad and plantains. One can also get freshly made empanadas, cassava rolls, chorizo and porkskin among other treats. Don't let the small facade fool you and give it a try!
Good variety of products mostly Colombian. But staff was not good, very rude and always on her phone. I have came a lot of times here and is not like this all the time. But today April first at around 5 pm, the service was not good at all. The next time, si me van a pegar me avisan para no ir.
Awful experience, dont go. I went to get a few things and didnt grab a basket so I placed a few things on the counter and continued shopping. The woman at the counter then says you need to pay for this I have other customers... there was one other shopper there... I told her I needed a few more things and she started to lecture me about not being able to wait for me to finish shopping... I told her she was the one who assumed I was done shopping and wanted to ring me in. It was such a bad experience suffice to say I wont be shopping here again. Save yourself the headach shop elsewhere.
I love this place, staff is very friendly and there is a bunch of delicious Spanish fast food you can enjoy here. Plus the variety of items you can get there and also the service of sending money to your loved ones make this place a very convenient one where you can do everything in just one stop!
Went in to buy some groceries for a book club dinner and ended up having one of the best Latin-flavoured lunches ever! The server was wonderful in explaining the different foods on display and helping me find out what I might like to eat. She was very patient and made some fantastic recommendations. The salsa was so good I took home a tub! Awesome little place!
Love love love Great food, amazing options to take home in freezer, and great selection.
