Worst customer service experience. Ok product. But than again it could have been a employee who didn't know how to handle a simple situation correctly. To me this days is about supporting local business but in this case Back to lcbo it is along with the few followers i have on social media.
You gotta check out what these guys are doing! Never have I met an owner who was so willing to share his knowledge and passion for spirits. From vodka to moonshine, rum to whisky, their creativity and commitment to quality is clear and delicious.
Just picked up our 1L bottle of sanitizer, a few spray bottles and a bottle of Gin Twenty One for good measure. Very smooth tasting gin with subtle notes of citrus. My only regret is not grabbing another bottle! The staff were very friendly and Fred was an amazing host. We'll be back again soon, thanks everyone!
Great customer experience, the distillers are very friendly and willing to explain the entire distilling process. The master distiller is very young yet seems very knowledgeable about the entire process. Great experience!!!
Amazing local distillery. The Master Distiller Brandon, Don, and friends, are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My favourite place to stop in for some incredible local spirits!
Nice liquor, very good hygiene but pricey.
This is a young distillery bust they are doing some really good things. My favorite is the Stout Spirit.
