Just a very cool place with a totally different history. Get their early because food service shuts down an hour before they close. They close around 8 so some people barely made it in. Great atmosphere. Kids enjoyed it.
We decided to take a run in our Mustang and had heard about this neat place. We were not disappointed. Beautiful drive there and you go over 11 bridges to get there, most of the being one lane bridges. We enjoyed a very delicious supper which was reasonably priced and had ice cream for dessert at the little coffee shop next door. Rumor has it this hotel, which you can rent the rooms is haunted.
Visit Wayne. We filled the Gypsy tour on the phone which brought us to the last chance saloon. My kids were quite fascinated with the decor. I took the chance to order the Wayne beer with had the picture of the site. Very light at 3.5%. Would recommend coming here for lunch, we didn’t because we had soup in town. It is well kept for a place 109 years old.
The eclectic decor of animal skulls and hides, retro tools and posters, and other nik-naks will keep you occupied until it's time to eat. Great brisket sandwich and ribs. It's worth the drive to this "ghost town".
One of our favorite places to eat anywhere! Food is fantastic, and the atmosphere can't be beat. An authentic old time saloon with colorful stories. Ask about the beer-drinking horse and the bullet holes in the wall. They have BBQ out back and will sell you a steak you can cook yourself; they provide all the sides and seasonings. Come stay the night at the campground; it's out-of-the-way but definitely worth the drive.
This is nice small restaurant in the middle of the drumhelller mountains. It looks so.authentic . We ordered chicken wings, chicken strips, wraps and poutine. Everything tasted great . Very friendly staff. Service was bit slow, surely because of the crowd . There is a small stream running behind this restaurant . Aslo has a camp ground just next to it
Historical pub, with lots of history and lots of character! Food was great, service was awesome, and very friendly! Built in 1913, it holds try to its origins, complete with bullet holes in the wall! There is also a hotel attached, with original cash register! Beautiful!
Great Place and Great Food! I really love the neat stuff inside the Saloon. We'll definitely come back.
Great service when we were there! Pet friendly patio! We had our pooch on a summer trip and it was too hot to leave him in the car. Food was good, we had pub food and a beer.
A little of the beaten path, but worth the detour. Food was spot on, view were outstanding, staff was friendly and accommodating, drinks were cold.
