I just purchased a lamp from Laser, Susie helped us out and we are very happy with the purchase. Laser has a great selection and attentive service. I found Susie to be very helpful and a delight to work with.

I'm glad the previous reviewer had a good experience. So did we, about 7 years ago. But this time? Not so much. There are plenty of other lighting showrooms where the staff are actually pleased to see customers - but not so with "Susie" on the two days we had to deal with her. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere instead. Or at least, if you see "Susie" working the showroom floor, come back another day when she isn't.
