Big thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience. - the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient on this busy Sunday - facilities were very cool with trendy colors and neat little touches that made for an immersive experience that really amazed the kids - the kids had a memorable experience in the paintball room, they loved all the different games your staff facillitated. They had endless stories to tell with huge smiles - I also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to maintenance; the place is in excellent condition. Which is incredible considering how many kids are using it at 100% energy levels My daughter will remember this birthday fondly and is already planning her next with you for laser tag. I highly recommend your venue to everyone for birthday parties, camps, or just a fun family event. Thanks again, we'll done! Jenn

A great recreation centre for fun, relaxation, party and family picnic. My kids came to attend a birthday party celebration here and they loved everything about this place. Games, snacks and party place. Neat and kid friendly, affordable, excellent customer service and lots of parking for everyone.

The PERFECT PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! So many children have literally gone a couple of years without having a birthday party gathering that the energy from the kids is HUMONGOUS!!! It is such a wonderful experience to have a bunch of kids be able to mix and mingle and be carefree running wild at Laser City. The staff here are so accommodating. You are allowed to bring outside food here. PRO TIP- Order some delivery food such as pizza to the party to save you from having to bring it yourself! Each party gets 5 2L bottles of pop of your choice or water too. Play two games with the kids in teams so that everyone has fun regardless of skill level. One request of Laser City - please allow for people to have code names so that it is easier to track who is who during and after the game. For a Birthday party just hand the stack of results to the party organizer to give to the rest of the kids. Much less work for the staff.

We just had the best time at Laser City Laser Tag in North Calgary! Big thanks to Kiran & Grace who had amazing customer service! The south location is lucky to be getting such a great new team member: My daughter and nephew loved it and I’m not going to lie I did too! Thanks again!

Ever since we first heard of your online gaming camps we have been super impressed! We became motivated to book laser and paintball parties because the kids really enjoyed the gaming camps. They will even order the pizza for you! Pop, plates and cutlery was included in our birthday package. We have ALWAYS received first class, professional service from all the staff on the phone and in person at Laser City North. It has been stress-free and enjoyable working with Laser City North and I will most definitely pass the word on to our friends at school and hockey!

Coming from Downtown, it was a long drive that was worth it. Had my nephews birthday here and he and his friends were super excited about it. We preferred here over others cause you can bring your food/snacks for kid’s birthday party. I was happy we could bring his fav snack to enjoy with his friends. Love how prompt the staffs are as well.

I am reviewing as a drop-in guest. Staff are friendly and quick to help you pick out game times. Free lockers are available for your items. The games are well organized and game play is fun, even for adults! You can drop-in at any time with games occurring every 20 minutes.

I went here with my youth group and was very pleased with everything. They were very professional, had clean, modern equipment, and the arena was fairly big. Everyone had a lot of fun. Would highly recommend it.

Hosted a 10th birthday paintball party! The boys had a blast and the staff was awesome! Took care of all the little details you don’t want to worry about. Safety gear and supervision in the battle room. Party area with lots of space, beverages, ordered food for us to bring in, plates and utensils and cups all provided. Was an awesome time and great price for 2.5 hours of fun!

Booked a paintball party the children did end up having an okay time after the problem with not having enough equipment for the children. My son was given coveralls at were soaking wet and told they had nothing else in the middle of winter. His clothes would have been wet. They did eventually find something for him to wear was small. Some of the children wear coveralls that did not fit and they were strapping over them. Was given goggle that did not fit and when the children said they could not see because it’s fogging up was told just to keep them on. Someone did come over and say he call the owner them they need more equipment. Asked me if he could do anything. Honestly I don’t know what he can do because obviating I can’t go back because they do not have enough equipment and you have to pay when you book. I paid for 13 children and only got stuff for 10 children. Which I do not think is right especially when things like this happen.
