A wonderful experience! She was very friendly and welcoming, and the studio felt like a spa. I've had IPL treatments several years earlier and remembered them being unpleasant feeling, but this machine was of much higher quality. She even let me try multiple laser settings, and gave me a skin treatment with organic skin products afterward. There was also no pressure to purchase additional treatments, the whole experience was very relaxing, I can't recommend this place enough :
After visiting two other laser hair removal clinics, I have decided to write a full review to aware others of this place. I found Laser Art Clinic on groupon and got a deal that included unlimited sessions for one year, for 160$. I have been dealing with severe ingrown hairs on my legs so I wanted to make sure that she has seen clients from before that have dealt with it and got resolved from her laser machine. She reassured me that it will get rid of it, but again kept repeating that every client reacts differently to the treatment which is understandable. Arriving to my first session she right away started on the treatment and I gave her the full amount in cash. There was no paperwork done or anything that I had to sign that was given to me. After the first session all my hair grew back, and I was told that it was normal but looking back to my other treatments in other laser hair removal clinics; I saw results after the first treatment. However I still wanted to give it a chance and finish all treatments. After the third treatment she finally remembered to give me the paper work and sign whatever was needed, she also didn’t believe that she only charged me for 160$, she was confused and wondered why she charged me only that much for legs, but that’s how much was on her groupon page. So she had no record of my payment, and she also lost track of how much treatments I had done, when I told her she said okay I trust you but again did not have anything written down or recorded. I have been keeping track of all my appointments from the beginning. Anyways, she is disorganized, and her laser did not work for me at all, I eventually stopped going and switched with another place.
I have had an amazing experience with the first 6 sessions - great results and great care by Alla in St Claire location a few years ago. Currently, I have paid for another 6 sessions at Avenue Rd location but as of 6 months ago I have not been able to get ahold of the owner by email or phone - calls and emails not replied to - which means I am owed 4 remaining sessions or or owed nearly a full $400 refund.... I hope this review will receive a needed reply out of some respect or to clarify the situation.
***Be very careful with this place*** and don't waste your money! I paid to get laser hair removal done and I specifically told the lady I believe her name was Olga, can't remember her name because it is not on her business card but she is the owner that because of my work schedule I can only book appointments to come in on Saturdays. I paid her in full, got a receipt and scheduled my first appointment. I felt that the first appointment was rushed, she had another client waiting after me and I just felt that she didn't take time to answer all of my questions or to get the laser treatment done properly. Once completed, I was unsatisfied with the service and the treatment but because I had already paid in full, I scheduled my second appointment on Saturday May 28th at 12:00 pm. I called from the Friday to reconfirm my appointment.. no answer, called back on Saturday morning..no answer. Left a message, received no call back. Today, it is Friday, June 10th and I still have not been able to get in touch with her and have not received a call back either. Something does not smell right and I will get the Police involved.
Very happy with my treatment. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The clinic concept is very clean and private. I felt relaxed. Will return for followup treatments. If you are looking for clean, private, honest and professional treatment then this is the right place.
I found this place through a groupon. PLEASE save your money. This lady is rude and unprofessional as one can be. Her add said unlimited laser for 1 year...WRONG. she will give you 6 sessions and charge you $50 if you miss a session. Pfff...you get what you pay for.
It's hard for me to communicate in English. She understood that and she explained everything repeatedly and clearly. I got a microdermabration treatment this month and I am very happy. I liked the atmosphere it was relaxing. Thank you!

Heard about this place through a friend. Somewhat sensitive issue, but was treated very professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others.
I was not happy of the result unfortunately.
