We hired this food truck for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, from the tacos to the plantains. We keep getting messages from guests about the food. They were also extremely fast making the food, so despite having 130 guests there was no line. They were super easy to work with and made the whole experience seamless.
Had their Tacos at Taco fest and hands down the best tacos. Beautifully toasted tortilla shell. Pull apart and amazing seasoned meat. The toppings provided a beautiful balance of flavor and I have followed them on their platforms so I can find this awesome taco truck again! Highly recommend. I would post pictures of the tacos but they were so good that they were gone before I realized.
Visited this truck many times on pop ups and events because they absolutely kill it every time. Steve and his team are focused on bringing you the best.. wings tacos empanadas and yuca fries are always a hit! Book them now.
Steven and the Las Tres team are the absolute best. We decided to have them cater our wedding after falling in love with their food at a tasting. We honestly couldn't have picked a better option. It randomly started raining at our outdoor venue, and Steven immediately jumped into action to get our food setup inside. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, and our guests were all talking about how amazing the food was. I would highly recommend Las Tres Americas for any event or just to grab a bite when they're in your area.
When you advertise you are open and at an establishment until a certain time, you should honor that. OR, you at least let the business/patrons know you are leaving early. Real shame, was looking forward to trying the food. I’m sure it’s great, but rude business practices.
Might just be the best food truck in the Hudson Valley! Steve & team do an amazing job to pull off restaurant quality food in the convenience of a food truck setting. They have me always keeping an eye out for their latest locations because I just can’t get enough!
I found this taco truck when I went to Taco Fest 2 years ago, then I saw them again at Wing Fest this year and then at Taco Fest this year. They were my favorite at all these events. I was so excited to find out that they were going to be at a concert in Pleasant Valley tonight. I told my friends and family they were going to be there, so they all showed up. At least 40 people were there waiting for the taco truck. Unfortunately they didn’t show up which was extremely disappointing. Their food is so good but this was very disappointing.
