Manon Faubert et sa fille, Roxanne Laberge, ont acheté, en 2008, ce qui est devenu le Larock Café. L'année suivante, elles agrandissent le restaurant afin de pouvoir accueillir 80 personnes à la fois.
Dès l'ouverture, elles ont construit un comptoir afin de créer un lien avec leurs clients. Les clients se sentent comme chez eux et reviennent immanquablement. La stabilité, la fiabilité et le dynamisme de l'équipe aident à former une ambiance chaleureuse dans le restaurant.
