The owner Is really nice, well priced. Spaces are close together as is typical, spots for both Rvs and mobile homes.

Older trailers and laid back landlord. A bit too laid back. People say they wait for repairs for quite a while. Not bad if you're not going to stay long. Not sure I'd want to live there.

Surprisingly quiet place would give it 5 stars but there's no laundromat or public showers and restrooms

no deposit needed! we got a great deal on a 4 bdrm double wide. and the guys who run it are really good people!
