Went there for the first time last night celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Food was amazing. They offer 4 levels of spiciness. I went with 3 and it was perfect. The iced Thai Coffee and Tea is amazing. The service was top notch. Nice atmosphere inside. Seating is spaced out where you don't feel cramped or feel like you're sharing a meal with strangers sitting next to you. Can't say enough good things about this place. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
What can I say? The food here is absolutely delicious and authentic! Make sure to start off your meal with one of their delicious appetizers like grilled chicken, crab rangoon, and coconut breaded shrimp. Kind waitstaff was another highlight of our visit. I would love to know the difference between this one and the other location because I am not sure if they have the same menus. The vibes are also different between the restaurants. Looking forward to returning!!!
Great menu with lots of choices from appetizers to main menu. Drink selection is very good. Picture is of the stuffed chicken wings. One of their specialty and it was outstanding. Prices are very reasonable for quality and quantity served.
Lao Laan Xaang was amazing Laotian experience. The inside is beautifully decorated. The wait staff was fun and friendly. We had the special of the day, the OrLam beef stew. It was perfect for the negatives day we had today!! They served the dish to share — so nice!! — and with extra spice mix on the side for me my wife doesn’t need the burn! The iced Thai tea was some of the best we’ve ever had. They’re also very well known for their takeout, but we ate in. The waiter also mentioned when we were chatting that the cooks are Laotian natives, and so you have even more assurance of authenticity, and even more incentive to support this small restaurant. We DEFINITELY recommend this place for the food and atmosphere!
Food was amazing and service was pretty reasonable for a busy Friday dinner, despite being a quite remarkably loud environment. A bit pricey, but so tasty!Food: 5/5
One of my favorite restaurants. The pineapple curry and Thai tea hits every single time. I’m never disappointed!
The crab rangoon are huge and pretty well stuffed. I had pork drunken noodle with a fair amount of spice and it was really good. Looking forward to going back again, soon.Food: 5/5
I highly recommend the Khao Phuun. I was also pleased with the specialty cocktail; I really like lychee though. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu items can be made without any meat.
