The selection is pretty good and the staff is always super awesome. I've never had a bad customer service experience here.
I've asked questions that have been answered quickly and have always felt the staff to be approachable.
The store is always neat, clean, and well stocked.

Great range of BC craft beer and knowledgeable staff who recommended a great oak aged Malbec. One of the BC wines we bought was spoiled and they had no issues organising a replacement for me. Thanks Eileen!

Excellent selection of BC craft beer and BC wine. They are always very well stocked.

Decent selection, some of the staff is uninviting, but I imagine that has a lot to do with where they are located.
