Terrible. I told the man who answered the phone, I needed a new toilet supplied and installed. He mumbled something about 2 weeks and when i asked another question, he hung up on me. I guess 2:45pm on a Friday is quitting time.

Really difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances - customer respect and service is nonexistent.

He was able to give us a quote on the spot which was 20% lower than the next best quote we received. Friendly. polite and professional from the moment he introduced himself until his work was complete, I was quite pleased to find a plumbing contractor in Aldegrove that we can trust.

Jerad and the crew deserve some recognition for doing great work. Langley Plumbing is lucky to have young men like this working for them. Great work all around, and thanks for the advice about how to plan for the suite we’re building - you probably saved us a tonne of headaches in the future!

Worst experience with a home service provider ever. My mother hired them to install a water heater and took the day off work to wait at home for them. They didn’t show up and lied to her when she called. Really disrespectful and unprofessional people.

Have been using Langley Plumbing for several years now for all of our plumbing needs. Work is always done on time and on budget- which in the contracting world is a minor miracle. I recommend these guys 100%, great company!

Our shower had never had proper pressure and I love a strong shower so we called these guys over and they had the problem fixed in like 30 minutes! Now I have a shower like a firehose! Thanks guys!
