Racist and they 100% discriminate on applicationsnnI made a mistake of applying to a unite on this building, i submitted my application completely filled, i attached my bank statements which had more than enough fund to cover an entire year of rent, i submitted 10 years of references of the landlord and 5 days later , I got a call that my application was not approved. There is absolutely no reason to disapprove my application, not a drug user, not a drinker, not a smoker, not a criminal, not unemployed, just a complete BS.nnI have since learned from other people that they had the same experience and this place should be investigated.nnPlease share your experiences as this bs need to stop in vancouver
Nice place to live for the price, and the staff are extremely nice. I had read in other reviews people had issues regarding return of damage deposit after moving out and that turned out to be the case for me as well. While I do not believe the apartment was left in perfect condition it certainly did not require cleaning to the extent of what they asked of me, especially not so much as to require extra money on top of the damage deposit.

These are very spacious, well maintained apartments with night security and all the amenities. The management is so helpful and kind. Judy was very helpful in some tenant related issues that I faced. Rob is very helpful and kind as a property manager. I have no idea why people have left bad ratings here, maybe they haven't met the other dreadful property managers in Vancouver. This place is so nice and well kept with professional property management services.
Beautiful place if you're on the upper floors. Management is terrible to deal with! The man looks mean. A company who tries to get as much money as they can from you. They pinched our damage deposit away for wear and tear items. Minor scratches on the table top and charged $350 to replace it.nnOther than the property managers here, it's a good place to live!
