I just watched the Avatar Fire and Ice movie and had a great time. Amazing 3d movie and the quality of the screen and projector were top notch. Parts felt more HD than real life lol. The chairs left a bit to be desired but in my hometown I get spoiled with adjustable recliners. After a 3H long movie my neck was hurting. The popcorn and treats were great too. I'd recommend this place for a great time.
Wonderful cinema! My family had a great time watching Zootopia, and the staff was so helpful and kind. A new employee named Ellie helped us out and she did amazing, it was a pleasure to talk with her. The man training her, Nick, was so supportive of her and was very kind. Can’t wait to come visit again soon!
This is a really a review of the parent company, not my local cinema.nVery shoddy customer service. Trying to get useful answers is very difficult.nWe wanted to see Hamnet at our local Landmark. We'd seen a 'coming soon' trailer at the cinema and we'd seen it listed as 'coming soon' on our location's webpage. But the people at our local cinema couldn't tell us of it was really coming soon or not. They said they didn't know which films they would be getting.nIt turns out it entirely skipped our cinema.nSo I reached out to the head office via the website and received a notice saying someone would follow up with me in 2 business days.nThat was almost 2 weeks ago now.nI tried to message via their Facebook page.nStill nothing except an automated reply.nBig fail on customer service. We do enjoy a night out at the cinema, but Landmark are making it less and less likely that we will bother.
Anaconda directed by Tom Gormican, Jack Black Paul Rudd, Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello, comedy has great timing. Watch the credits, a surprise ending.
HUGE shout out to the manager JT thank you for your help and excellent customer service! All the staff was very welcoming, professional, and kind. Thank you Landmark for a great experience!
