Have always enjoyed this theatre with my son with a disability until tonight. We were always told to get our tickets online ahead of time, then come to the front before the move to make the nessessary changes and receive the discounts given for people with disabilities honoring the “access 2” pass. We did that tonight and when we got there we were told they no longer make the changes that way. I asked to speak with management and the manager was no help at all. She admitted they always told people to do it that way but started doing it a different way a couple weeks ago. Then told me I would have to go online to ask for a refund a the. Repurchase the tickets in person. Then added, we might not get the tickets because they may show as u available and the show was almost sold out I asked her if there was anything else she could do to help since the show was starting and we obviously didn’t want to lose our seats by doing it that way. She simply shrugged and said no.nAdmits they recently changed the way they do it after years of telling customers to do it that way only to then offer zero assistance to the customer.nnAbsolutely disgusting customer service.nnGood job helping people with disabilities, landmark. You should be ashamed.
I had a fantastic first-time experience at this theatre! This spot is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside! The comfortable recliner seats added a luxurious touch to the movie-watching experience. The ambiance was perfect, not too packed and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning for more enjoyable movie nights. Highly recommended!
This is by far one of the nicest and coolest theatres I have been too. They have lots of options for food way more then any other movie cinema and it’s nice too see all the selection when it comes to stuff like Pretzels,dip and dots, Ms.Fields Cookies and other stuff like popcorn,drinks,and other snacks that you wouldn’t get at other theatres. I also loved how the cinema I went into had full recliners and we did the Premiere seats and it was one of the best movie experiences ever. They had heated seating which you can turn on or off and table for your snacks and drinks, adjustable headrest,coat hanger and storage area. This was an amazing experience and I wish they had more where I live and more locations in general. Highly recommend and hope they will open more locations
I’ve posted so many times about this location. It has been always a five star I haven’t gone for a couple of months but just recently I went back and unfortunately I have to give it. A two star seats are starting to peel. The theatre was so dirty. the bathroom was leaking. All the garbage were full. There was popcorn everywhere, this is the second time I’ve come here and experience this I figured by now they would fix. I really enjoy this place it’s just time to do a little upgrade.
This is the BEST movie theatre! It’s always clean and the premiere seats are awesome! Love how you get that side table to put all your snacks on. Also, the staff are also awesome! Friendly and helpful. There’s also a ton of parking out front.
