We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable this Landmark Cinema is.nnThe screen rooms are smaller, so you feel more privacy. The seats were lazyboy quality with back panels that lean back. The floors are clean and so are the washrooms.nnOverall, we really enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back.
Love this location and theatre. Popcorn is always great. Sure staff could be more cheerful occasionally but it’s not like they don’t get the job done.nRead other reviews about the new system I think they renovated? for buying concession one place to order and pay, then they give you a number and you stand off to the side to wait for your number to be called and we didn’t have any problems today. I mean, it’s basically how McD’s does it and it works fine.nFood was ready fast, was hot and fresh and our order was correct. What more does a person need?nMy oldest would love for them to upgrade to the fancier pop machine as she loves strawberry sprite but really, that’s a small thing.nThe theatres themselves are always clean.
World-class cinematic experience. Everything about this theater, the facility, the rooms, seats, washrooms is an experience you'll want to relive. Recliner seats, clean facility, exceptional staff, decent ticket prices will give you a bang for your buck! My kids and I loved the experience, and we'll be back.nnThe cost of snacks at the Concession though! That cost them a star. The prices are unbelievable. 3 small popcorn, 3 small sprites, 1 skittles, and 1 sour patch cost us $63! Double the ticket cost for 2 kids and 1 adult.nLuckily, it appears that they allow outside snacks, so this will be the way to go next time.
No issue with the movie, seats, or theatre in general. I am writing this to let the managers know they have completely wrecked the food experience. What a mess they've made having this order process and incredibly long lineups to get your order. I waited what seemed like 15 minutes for a single soda. Change it back or hire more people to make this better. You've lost me until then.
I have loved this theatre since it opened. The theatre has always been amazing. However their new concession process of ordering in one spot and picking up in another is so inefficient. I have never had to wait so long in a theatre concession line.nIt took us 20 mins to get 1 bag of popcorn and we’re almost late to our movie. And after waiting more than 5 mins in the “refill line” we finally left because no one was serving that line we never did get our free refill, which is one of the perks of our membership that we pay for.nI feel like it’s a ploy so people don’t go for their free refills anymore.nPlease go back to the OG way of serving your delicious snacks.
