I hired them to do a large insurance job. The jobs mostly went without any problem. Then we discovered installation errors plus a manufacturer issue. The manufacturer agreed to replace the roof under warranty. Guy lansard has refused to acknowledge the issues. They dont return calls. Stay away from the guys. There are many good companies out there.

After finalizing the details on a Wednesday the work began the following Monday. The work was completed in 2 days for the price I was quoted. I would recommend Lance Roofing to my family and friends.

Seemed to do a better job on the roof at my neighbors across the street than the previous company. Unfortunately he keeps parking on the wrong side of the road with his trailer making it difficult to get in and out of my driveway with my work trailer.

We had Lance install eaves troughs in 2012. They looked good and were completed on time. BUT the troughs were not leveled correctly and water was flowing backwards on two sides. When called to get this corrected, it took 5 left messages and 3 months before they came out. And in the end all they did was suggest that I pay them to fix them. I strongly recommend you hire another company
