LAMP Community Health Centre

I have been a patient of Lamp for 2 years. There is always an issue with the medical office. They are always losing paperwork, cancelling appointments last minute, and sometimes just rude when you call reception of the medical office. I have had issues with getting the medicine I need, issues with getting tests done, finding out the results. I have to complain at least 9 months before I am taken serious about a health issue. They use Google to diagnose patients and take months trying to figure out a diagnosis or just give up and give you a random diagnosis. They wont prescribe meds until you wait months to see a specialist. They never take your concerns serious. I have been told by everyone including pharmacists to get a new doctor. I would get a new doctor but having to wait a year to establish a rapport or for them to know you well enough to prescribe anything other than cold medicine. If it was easy to change doctors I would.

Today February 27, 2018,at 10:AM, I have more that 1 Hours treating to speak with the Secretary of the Lamp by phone and I Could not. It. I think it is not good services from a Community Centre

A place where a person or family can go for help and/or advice on numerous matters. Also a fun place to meet others
