Carlo was very helpful in getting my estate planning documents together and helping me figure out what I needed. When I originally called, I had little idea of what estate planning really meant. I had a consultation via phone, and the next week was able to receive all of my necessary documents. I am grateful he made the process so smooth and easy to understand.
The attorney may be great, but I’ll never know. I spent 5 minutes repeating myself to the woman who answered the phone. I was courteous and very clear, she was so clueless I actually felt bad. Inept and incompetent would describe her most accurately. Maybe it was her first day?
I had no idea what to do after my mother passed away. I called Carlo LaMonica after looking through some Google reviews and after calling him, I knew right away he was the perfect choice. He was quick to offer some helpful advice to get the process started, and after hiring him he proved to be a very reliable estate lawyer. He was helpful the entire way through the process, and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I may have had who else answers at night or on weekends??. He made the process very clear and concise at every turn. I came into it to pay him to do a job, but I am so very grateful he turned out to be a light in the darkness for me. I would recommend him to whomever is seeking help for estates!

From the very beginning I felt like I was speaking with a friend. The loss of my eldest son was a very difficult time but Carlo helped in getting me through the process of becoming the executor of my son’ estate. He was fantastic at explaining the process and the steps I needed to take especially since I live out of state.
