Lam Allen Dr

My 4.5 years old son and I came in to see dr Lam for my son andenoids and tonsil removal plus tube ears consultation. Dr Allen was good with my son answer all my questions. If your nice to him he be nice to you Update dr Lam and his team are amazing in my books they are number 1 they are caring and compassionate in what ever your case is.

I am quite happy with Dr Lee my ongoing ear problems were dealt with and I’m happy with the results. I love how is office calls you back and reminds you of up coming appts. Thankyou all

Before I see a new doctor I always do my research. I look at reviews from other patients and listen to what my peers have to say. For my entire life I had issues breathing through my nose. My family doctor brushed off my parents' concerns when I was a child and said "it's just allergies". For years that was my answer, and even taking multiple types of allergies meds and spray, nothing changed until I demanded to see an ENT. Four months later I got an appointment with Dr. Lam and he actually listened to what I was saying. He was also the ONLY person to look inside my nose with a scop. Bam! Deviated Septum. He reassured me that it was mild but offered to help with a surgery. He was understanding with my endless questions and came to see me after the surgery. I have to say, I have never breathed so well in my life. I sleep better now and my quality of life is better. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Lam, and I have recommended him to multiple friend who have had the same issues that I have.

We finally have had our concerns addressed and my daughters ears are finally on the mend! I am very thankful for the care he provided us when it felt like no one else was listening. He was thorough and compassionate.

He is very informative, knowledgeable and is extremely helpful and explainitory and he is also very good with dealing with and working with high behavioral children and disabilied children. Highly recommended.

He may be a good ENT Dr as long as you don't smoke. As soon as he knew I smoked he became rude, judgemental, and dismissive and refused to even try to determine my problem. Consequently I spent 7+ hrs in Emergency with severe dizziness,nausea, double vision, and a throat so sore I could eat nothing for 2 days and could only take wee little sips of water. Tests showed no fever, no infection, no brain issues, and no heart issues. So I am left with an inner ear issue and no treatment or diagnosis.

Dr Lam has been amazing with my son since he was 1 year old. Any questions or concerns that I may have had were well taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Lam to anyone!!!

Dr lam is great.... the secretary is horrible does not answer phones and leaves rude messages on voice-mail... feel bad for anyone who deals with her
