Our recipes come to us from the restaurant our family started in Ethiopia and are full of the spices and seasoning that we hold dear. We prepare each dish from scratch using fresh ingredients, each one cooked with care to bring out the vibrancy in each flavor. And our food is served on a bed of injera, a type of sourdough crepe that you’ll also use as a utensil, pinching each bite between a small a piece for an intimate dining ritual.
