CHI LakeWood Health is a Catholic non-profit organization located in Baudette, Minnesota.
CHI LakeWood Health has been an integral part of the Lake of the Woods County community since 1950. The campus includes a 15-bed acute-care Critical Access Hospital, skilled nursing facility, four-provider family-practice Rural Health Clinic, rehabilitation services, behavorial health services, a 10-unit residental facility, public health and ambulance services.
CHI LakeWood Health is a member of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI); a faith based national health care system.
