Big views on the lakefront patio. Breakfast portion sizes are good, the plate was well presented and the food obviously made with fresh ingredients. They have espresso. Good vibes.
Nice atmosphere and good service. We had the fish tacos with fries and elk burger with the Lakeside Parmesan salad. The fish In the fish tacos tasted similar to frozen fish sticks. The elk burger was decent but also fairly bland. The salad was the best part but to upgrade for $3, not sure it’s worth it.
Love this place, food is so flavorful...thanks chef. Service was wonderful. All senses were fired up with great views, delicious food and a lovely jazz duo. We lucked out to celebrate our anniversary with them. Highly recommend this lovely Bala restaurant.
Excellent food in a charming atmosphere. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Bright and warm. Just what I wanted after a 1-1/2 hour snowmobile ride.
