My experience at this clinic was great, staff was very welcoming and professional. Everything was very organized and clean. Dr. Awais is an amazing doctor, who listens and explained everything clearly. I never felt that I was rushed. He always take my concerns seriously and addressed them with right medications and advices.
We met Dr. Pandhiani at a walk-in clinic at Guelph. This man was patient, compassionate and knowledgeable in dealing with our concerns. We have been very satisfied with the care he provided and we have followed him to Oakville without a second thought when he set up his practice there.nnSince becoming his patients we have not had to worry about access to a primary care doctor or lack of appointments or long wait times to see him. His office is also well appointed and the staff at the front desk are also helpful. His clinic visits always left us satisfied that all our concerns are addressed and we do not feel rushed. He has also began a cardiac clinic and a dietician to help with overall lifestyle changes in his practice. He does not practice “a pill/script will fix you” approach to medicine.nnHe is a very patient physician with our 7 year old son as well. Very happy to have found him and we do not mind the drive from Guelph to his practice in Oakville to continue having him as our primary care doctor.

I went to get my vaccine at this clinic. I had booked my appointment around 10 days before my visit. I take time off school and my mom take time off work. We get to the clinic and they said “we don’t have the vaccine here”. They claim that a health inspector came in THAT morning and told them that it was expired yesterday and they had to throw it out. There is that concern me here… one is, if the inspector would not have came in would I have received an expired vaccine. Next let’s say the inspector never came, does this mean that they never ordered my vaccine because if we are gonna be real here what are the odds that it happened before my visit. I assume that they never actually ordered it and they tried to come up with a bad excuse. Then we are told that another clinic may have it and to go there. We are not told what clinic, we push to have them call before we search the city like a bunch of maniacs. Thank God that they found another clinic. If not I would have been kicked out of school and all my dreams and aspirations would have been crushed by this clinic and it’s poor terrible staff.
