This is the most incompotent display of professionalism I have encountered. They prescribed me medication that actually created a new symptom for me while not alleviating the previous issues. When I went to my family doctor, he said I shouldn't have even been taking that specific medication in the first place.

My mom was also given bad medical advice that made her health even worse.

The biggest issue is that they missed a reading on a scan my dad took and IT TURNED OUT TO BE A MASS ON HIS KIDNEY...CANCER!!!! Only a year later did they realize this, but by that time it had grown 1cm. 

NEVER GO HERE, I SHOULD HONESTLY PETITION TO REVOKE THEIR MEDICAL LICENSE

The staff are fine but service is super slow and doctors NEVER on time, I've never waited less than 40 minutes for my appointment.

What a joke.  35 minutes before close, no one in the waiting area, and the receptionist informs me that the dr. is not seeing walk-in patients.  Defeats the purpose of offering walk-in services, doesn’t it?  Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

I have read some bad reviews about this clinic but twice I have needed to use it as my doctor was not available and I have had nothing but the best experience. Reception is very freindly and organized. I never waited more than 15 minutes and the doctors were excellent. My script was filled at the adjoining pharmacy and I was instructed in detail how to use the meds. Excellent experience.

My daughter was crying and cranky with a cold. I has a 9:30 appointment for Dr Heikel. I told work I would be back by 10.:30 after my daughter saw the doctor. Unbelievably Dr Heikel waltzed in 55 minutes late. Never apologized for her being late. It cost me half a day's work and my daughter had to wait so long to get better. Unless you have no other choice I would skip this clinic like the plague.
