Just had the most amazing deep therapeutic massage with Jorge. He has definitely learned to “listen to his hands” and found many spots that needed to be worked out and he did that with great skill. Went here with my mom for some massages, I didn't exactly need one but my mom was getting one and we had coverage so I came aswell. Got a upper body massage a couple times and enjoyed it, I was of course stiff to hell but after a couple visits I felt the change and felt great too. Highly recommended
I would first like to share my review then comment on Nathalie M's comment. LVMT is a local clinic with incredible therapists and practitioners. I have had multiple appointments with 2 of their massage therapists and their Chiropractor. The facility is clean, serene, and reasonably priced especially if you have benefits coverage for paramedical such as RMT or Chiropractor. Their online booking system makes it easy to manage appointments and they are able to direct bill most insurance providers. This clinic is a go-to for my community, my neighbours and friends have all shared referrals, especially to Jessica! I’m pretty disappointed in Nathalie M’s comment that seems to infer LVMT is anything other than a reputable health clinic. The reason they lock the doors during treatments is 1 they don’t have a full time receptionist they don’t need one 2 to ensure winter boots/outdoor shores are safe in the reception area while you are in treatment. The reason they wear athletic wear is to ensure loose clothing doesn’t brush up against clients during treatment and because it’s a physical job to do multiple massages throughout the day. And believe me they are good at it! Nathalie, please ask questions and do your due diligence before making assumptions and offering negative conspiracies without getting your facts straight. Thank you LVMT for providing a safe health clinic for New Toronto!
I was always nervous about going in and having professional work done but Jorge changed all that for me. Jorge is extremely talented at his profession and makes me feel comfortable every visit. I can’t say much about the other staff as I have not met them but I’m sure they’re amazing as well. Overall, every time is a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended you check out if you’re looking for a new masseuse!
Jorge is phenomenal. I have a history of 11 concussions as well as a torn rotator cuff, and with that have had a number of instances of whiplash, strained neck and shoulder muscles, and built up scar tissue. I have extreme neck pain and tightness from my most recent concussion, and Jorge made such a difference in just one 45 min session. Definitely recommend him for anyone with neck, shoulder and back pain!
