While working in the area I found this place to be a really nice lunch break spot to enjoy my lunch!
I really like this park!!! Especially Sundays when all the classic cars come in... The beach is well kept, giant pavilion, food is decent... Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they don't allow dogs into the park. Big sign when entering. Our pup is well trained and behaved.
Lake Shore Park is lovely. The Park has a disc golf course and a long pavilion to sit under. There is a playground for kids and a consession stand as well.
This place is absolutely beautiful but I have a major concern. One of the Ducks is injured and someone please go rescue it. It has been sitting by the brick waterfall all Week and can barely move. It needs to be rescued...Please please... Thank you....
It's a relaxing place to just sit and watch ty he waves. Watch sunsets and a storm move in over the water. And great places for family pictures.
