I stayed here for a night on a business trip. Beautiful rooms and a lovely location. Everything was very clean and it's clear there's a lot of love and care put in. Teresa was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious! Plenty of food and a wonderful variety of fruits. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Cold Lake!
It was the most cozy and relaxing place that I've ever experienced in Canada. The staff was so gentle and helpful that you feel like a heaven. And the view of the lake is outstanding. I strongly recommend!
It's one of my favorite places to stay.nThe staff is super friendly and the rooms are super clean. I'm really excited to stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
I stayed here last summer with my wife and it was absolutely amazing. Well this summer was absolutely horrible ! The room was not cleaned once in 3 days being here! They dont make your bed or take your garbage out. The dont clean the jacuzzi tub. Me and the wife work every day to come back and clean our own room?? They asked for a 250 security deposit and a extra 40 a night to upgrade our room to the jacuzzi room. Last summer was night and day to this summer because they are now selling the property! Do not stay here unless you want to be scammed and ripped off.
I super recommend this place. The breakfast is amazing, the views even better and the woman that takes care of the place is the most kind and loving person I met during my trip. You will not regret coming here!
