Truly wish I had better experiences to write about the Honda Queensway and their service centre. They have a few good folks over there. However, I have always been let down whenever I went for certain maintenance needs, and I tend to stay away from their services unless I truly need it. Spent over $300 and 3 hours to pick up my Civic with the dashboard not being reset to 0 and no complimentary car wash despite requesting it. Big Honda fan, but not this particular dealership. UPDATE 8/26/2022 None of the Honda Management got back to me. Do not believe their responses on these reviews. Changing from 2 stars to 1 star. UPDATE 10/24/2022 After communications with management Justin, I gave the dealership another go for an oil change courtesy of Justin. I wasn’t blown away from the centre, likely due to being disappointed many times. They do have a super clean lounge with a nice variety of coffee/tea and wifi. It was very busy on a Monday and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change with the dashboard again having the numbering as 100% A19 until I came back to remove the 9. This is a continuous issue this dealership keep doing and it hasn’t changed one bit. The service advisors are pretty nice and the technicians do their work as best they can. To me, my time is more precious and I can’t afford to give hours on oil change services. Better than my last experience but not enough to keep me as a regular client. One Star to Three Stars.
Amazing guy @ Lobsang Thakur !!!No pressure Sales. Was honest transparent throughout the entire process. Spoke my language @ Punjabi which made me feel like home. Committed us 2 months on New Civic but delivered in less than 3 weeks. THANK YOU VERY MUCH QUEENSWAY will definitely recommend everyone from our community>>>
I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease, I was able to get my vehicle after placing the order. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Lobsang was a fantastic service rep. 10/10 in my books. Daniel on the financial side was so helpful in explaining all the options, so I could make an informed decision. Thank you
Service wad pretty good. Everyone was nice but they are obsessed with these surveys but they never got back to me with the most basic questions I asked but sure enough they kept pushing me to rate 5 starts. Why would I do that if you still haven't told me what service I was offered when my across was in. I declined it but I am interested to see what was advised. Can you tell me here? Also my alignment is off since I got my car back. Please advise.
I refrained from writing a review earlier, but now I have 3 bad service experiences at Honda Queensway. I recommend going to another dealership for service if you can. 1st visit: Went in for an oil change and a fuel pump recall. A few days later I filled up a tank of gas, and noticed a huge puddle of gasoline had leaked under my car. Took it back to the dealership and it turns out the fuel pump was not installed properly by the technician. Thankfully Honda Queensway was able to fix their own mistake "free of charge", but it cost me $60 of lost gas and all my time waiting at the dealership. Car also stunk of gasoline for days. 2nd visit: Went in for an oil change and also asked the technician to help change my windshield wipers. I watched as he almost ripped my wipers apart because he didn't know how to change it properly. Will be doing my own replacements going forward. 3rd visit: Went in for an oil change, was advised car would be ready around 5pm. Came back at 5pm and waited until 6:30pm until the agent was able to get me into me vehicle. 14-Dec-2022 EDIT: Justin gave me a call to explain the issues I faced and offered to correct the issues I was facing during my next visit. Changing my reviews to 3 stars for now, and I will give Honda Queensway another visit and update my rating to reflect my experience.
Overall I had a good experience with Honda. I had a good salesman Emil who didn’t lie to me about what I as getting into. He’s was very honest and I do appreciate it. I had problems before and i am very skeptical when comes to deal with salesman but he made me feel I was doing the right thing. Also the truck came two weeks ahead of schedule. Nice surprise right there, even with all the car shortages. Thank you
Came in for an oil/filter change for my 2014 Civic. Online booking was easy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Natasha who checked me in. I waited just over an hour, but they had coffee and tea available and wifi so I could do some work. The complimentary tire check and car wash were appreciated. Overall very happy with the service I got at Honda Queensway and would return in the future when needed.
The nicest guy in the parts department. So helpful and even saved me a few bucks. I don’t want to be rude but didn’t get his name. Worked today 1/13/23 3:30. Clean cut late 40’s early 50’s moustache. They should have more guys like this.True class. Thanks so much from the guy who bought the fuel injectors and the joint pipe For the Crv.
Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dealership so far, from A-Z everyone is so hands on and so helpful. From the salesmen to the financial team, to the GM. Highly recommended if you want to feel valued as a customer! Thank you guys,loving my civic!
