Lakeland Fine Floors

5 star all the way!!! I did t have a clue what I wanted for flooring and Patti Lakeland Fine Floors came to my house to see what I needed! She then went back to the office and pulled 3 different patterns for me to choose from! Of course I picked the one she recommended and boy was I satisfied! We had scheduled a start date as well as a completion date! They started before the start date and finished before the original start date!!! Sooo very impressed!! The boys came in and were very clean the whole time they were here doing my install! Then they cleaned up completely before they left!! Highly recommend Lakeland Fine Floors!!!

They did a terrible job after the installation walking on the floor you can feel the screws under that they put in the subfloor. Their are also dips and holes you can feel while walking on it. There are tears in the spots where the fridge and stove go that they installed. On top of it the installer broke the countertop thinking that he could lift the island by the countertop. It was not very good experience. It seems like they are trying to avoid us to try and get the things fixed properly. Definitely do not recommend.

Patty is extremely friendly and will help you find what you're looking for at an affordable price. I had an insurance claim covering my work so she ensured that I wouldn't be going over budget and paying out of pocket. She even allowed me to take my puppy in with me. I would recommend anybody looking to replace flooring to go check them out.

Flooring crew was great but significantly misled with respect to what was included in installation. I initially requested a full quote for product and installation. I was informed on the day of installation that tearing out my carpet was not included and would cost an additional $1/square foot plus dumping fees. I assumed this was included in the installation portion of the quote as lakeland fine flooring knew I had carpet. After the flooring was complete, I was informed that putting my baseboards back was not included. Some of which were damaged upon being removed and some of which no longer fit due to the higher flooring level with laminate. Just be aware and ensure that you have an actual full quote for everything that you need. Other companies gave me a higher quote at first but all of this would have been included so I think it would have been worth going with one of those other companies.

Pattie and her team are great! Their work is high quality and efficient. As well, they are friendly and Pattie is knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done right. It was great to dealing with kindness and integrity of everyone at Lakeland Fine Floors!!

Pattie helped us greatly in selecting the best flooring for our house especially considering we have a large breed dog. Very happy with the product she recommended and the tips she provided on cleaning!
