Lakefield is a serene, sandy beach where we enjoyed a peaceful day. The kids had a great time, and we even took a boat ride and caught a fish—though we didn’t get a picture of it. There's also a decent play area for the little ones.
Great beach. The sand is so soft and clean.nThe water is so clear that you can see fish swimming around you!nnBeautiful surroundings with the marina just behind.nWashrooms are available on site.nnMy kids had so much fun playing in the water and floating around in their floaties.nThere is a little camping/RV park attached.nnMy advice would be to go as early as you can because the beach can get pretty busy by 11am.
Small but great beach with sand. There is also a playground and restroom.
Great beach. Clean. Well groomed sand. Very few stones in the water made for fun swimming and boat launch. Convenient washrooms and cold snacks bar. We will be back with the kids again for sure.
Beautiful sandy beach. Quite large. Washrooms nearby. It was worth the 2hr drive.
