Greg Mason is awful. Left a stitch in my hand from Carpal tunnel surgery when I came into have it removed, he picked at the spot with a pair of surgical scissors he pulled from his pocket. Never sanitized the spot or the scissors. Then said he couldn’t see anything when there is an obvious raised red bump. I will ultimately have to see another physician to have it dealt with as it is painful and impedes my work. Ridiculous and disturbing. One office staff at the window had her mask down around her chin. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Cant even schedule an appt. Receptionist said they pick and choose who and when they want to see patients. So have to standby and wait to even see if you can get an appt. while patients are worried and in pain. Sorry I dont want my child to be in pain. So I cant even schedule an appt and set up our schedule to get child in, with 2 full time working parents they dont get that assurance of knowing they have an appt and get a time to plan for. Then they cant get insurance plan to come up on the computer and want to blame client and say your card is inactive. Call insurance all still valid has been for years. Thanks for nothing. I dont think we will be using this group again for anything.

Excellent Care. Dr. Mata and his staff were EXCELLENT with my son when he dislocated his shoulder and needed surgery. From day 1 of stepping into the Lakeshore Orthopedic office in Dunkirk, we were well taken care of. Not one complaint from us.

This group is sufficient for patients with chronic problems but when I developed a painful, acute problem the intervention did not provide relief. I drove to Excelsior Orthopaedics in Orchard Park. I was seen by a doctor at Excelsior within three days. My swollen knee was drained and I obtained relief. The Lake Shore Orthopedic group serves people with mobility issues but does not have automatic doors. People using walkers, wheelchairs, and crutches are on their own to get inside the building, which has two sets of doors.

I have an Appt every 3 months for a shot in my knee. Works wonders. Everyone is VERY professional and Friendly I highly recommend!

My wife had Carpal tunnel release surgery which went really well. After care is joke. No folder with care instructions or aftercare appointment.

2nd time tried to go there. Secretary says cant be seen without a referral which is an office policy, not insurance. Complete joke. Will never go there.

They don't respect pronouns and will bad mouth paitents with the window open for all to hear

Jamestown and Dunkirk office's have always been kind and thorough!
