We just had an amazing lunch at lake Louise village Grill and Bar! Excellent service, great venue and above all the food is the bomb!! We ordered the daily soup, calamari, house club sandwich and bacon mushroom cheese burger the bacon was still sizzling from the grill. Everything is beyond our expectations and yes, definitely will come back again.
The food here was so good and the wait staff were super friendly! I had Bill Peyto’s the night before since everyone hyped it up, but this place was much better. There was no wait, the food was much tastier, and our waitress here was much friendlier. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!
Wasn't sure what to expect but we were very glad we took the elevator up to the Grill&Bar, food was very good, service was excellent, and the menu eclectic, while the ambiance was dated it was clean and surprisingly quiet compared to the chaos downstairs, the fish and chips was very good with a tarter sauce that was little different than I was used to but quite good. Definitely recommend.
Meal from our Rockies Mountain Bus Tour with Charming Holidays.. We ate here before we checked in to the hotel.. this was an interesting 2 course meal.. you do get to choose Beef, Chicken and Salmon. We had green salad with ranch dressing, mushroom? Soup and Steak with Baked Potato. Not the best food but at least it was hot. They have a monopoly since there are the only restaurant in the Lake Louise Village.
Stopped here after a long day's drive from Jasper, as it was the only restaurant open in the area. It wasn't worth it though. The chicken texture was tenderized beyond recognition that it was actually chicken breast meat. Expected something more for the price they were charging. Service was minimal. A lot of the young servers just standing or sitting around chatting among themselves.
Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. Although the service was friendly , it was quite possibly the worst meal I ever had. I'm not entirely sure my cheeseburger was even real beef. Not worth the price or the stomach ache afterwards.
Great burger & Fish & Chips. Great pit stop for our family! We loved the burger & fish and chips. Food came out fast!
Ooooouuuch!!! $$$$$ I cannot give much good to say about a tourist trap. This restaurant is expensive and not worth it. First of all, the location. It's up three flights of stairs and barely anything to tell you you are at the right place. Then you're going to think you're walking into a washroom, but no, you'll soon come to it on the left. The booths are from the 80s, and it feels like a cafeteria more than a restaurant. Aside from the waitresses family having dinner, no one else to be seen. I understand why now. Chicken stir-fry? 2 pieces of celery, 3 pieces of broccoli, 3 wafer thin shims of carrot, 2 pieces of cauliflower, 5 pieces of mini corn, 11 small pieces of chicken 4 were big enough to be considered pieces, the rest were itty bitty. The kind you usually flick to the side when making it at home. Mostly noodles. No lid on the sauces for the spring rolls, so carry it carefully. Mushy ginger beef, no Fortune cookies. One highly over priced bill. Still hungry. Skip this place. In fact, Skip Lake Louise all together. It's the type of place that claims the location is hard to get goods to cheaply, but it's on a major highway that is filled with semi trucks. I understand in the 1850s it took more to get stuff here, but nowadays, half of everything on the shelf in Calgary comes through this town. This resort village is a gouge to the wallet. Ughh! Getting out of town, gotta go now!
Diner style restaurant, unassuming but with great service and down-home cooking. If you want to escape the crowds and don’t want to overpay this is the place for you!
Worst service and restaurant in North America and probably in the world in my opinion. The reviews are not lying and this place should be close for disrespect to this beautiful location. Lake Louise deserves better than places like that and something should be done to close this place. I am usually pretty open minded and tolerant with food but that was disrespectful. The waiter didn’t even checked on us because he probably knew how bad is the food there. I took a picture of my terrible dish Salisbury steak the “chef” probably had no any good ingredients so he rudely present me two unfrozen pieces of steak one above the other one to simulate a thick ground beef drowned in a gross gravy sauce. I was honored to even get a few burned and dry vegetables to my dish. Also thank you for the Mc Cain cheep overcooked French fries and the tasty “Kraft” mayonnaise. Value of the plate, probably 2$, price in restaurant 25$
