The waterslide is great, the rest of the pool could use some updating. Maybe after the indoor pool is complete they'll put some tlc into the waterpark. Even though it's outdated we still love going.
First time here. Not a bad place, pretty cool to take kids for hours of fun. Its 1 adult per 2 kids if kids do not know how to swim, I brought my 3 kids and my oldest had to do a swim test which he passed so he was able to go wherever he wanted. I had to stay with the young ones which was fine. I brought in snacks and drinks and had a little picnic inside, grass area not to sure if we were allowed or not but no one said any different. Kids want to go again so I will update after we experience it for the second time
Great place for a fun day with the kiddos. They have a nice mellow water slide unlike the death traps at East Park, the pool has a shallow end with a splash pad and there’s a playground on the premises as well. Would recommend this hands down over most other places similar to this one.
Brought our 10 month old daughter here for the first time. As the place is full of kids, its expected that they get out of hand from time to time. It was nice to see the lifeguards staying on top of things to ensure the place remains safe for everyone, especially for a 10 month old.
It is not family friendly if you have many children who are unable to swim independently. A couple times this summer they have had to clear the pool due to chemical imbalance. Facilities could definitely use updating
The water temperature was very comfortable and it was a lot of fun Super awesome place to take your kids!
Love going to waterpark there. There's so much to do and the staff are wonderful and polite prices are very reasonable. Diffinitly going to spend alot of time there this summer since we just moved into the area it's not just the water park there. There's ballfields tennis courts basketball courts fishing and a ton of other stuff. Diffinitly a place to visit with your family very clean and will looked after. You will not be disappointed with the park. For me I'd give it a 5star because of the things they have for the kids. Happy Canada everyone have fun also fishing derby this weekend July 2nd/2022 Saturday prizes for 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd for longest fish. There are three or four different kinds of fishes they are giving prizes for have fun and be safe fireworks at dusk on Friday July 1st 2022 have fun
If you are a single parent with 3 kids 2, 4 and 6 I would not go there you will get refused as the lady at the front said I need to have two adult,, so I asked if she is refusing me to take my children there as I drove from Woodstock and she said yes she was refusing me
Love taking my children to the water park since there is not much else to do for them in the summer. My issue is the price almost $10 per person and no land lover fee anymore the price is just getting too expensive
Completely worth the trip! If you are at Port Burwell or near by I strongly recommend a visit. The time I was at Port Burwell the beach was not in a good shape and I didn't want to spend the rest of my vacations indoor :p and this water park saved my day lol enjoy! Oh and last but not least the staff is super awesome :D
