Food was so good, I didn't take a photo, I just ate it. Make a reservation, they are deservedly busy, and the front patio is dog friendly. The rack of lamb was incredible, if anyone manages to get the recipe for that sauce out of the chef I'll be your best friend. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, $20-$35 for most mains. Nice, well selected wine list.

Had a delicious meal and dessert here as a late anniversary dinner. Food was soooo good. Rack of lamb with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. Our server was delightful and worked hard for all patrons. Highly recommended Food: 5/5

My daughter and I had lunch on the patio yesterday. The food and beverages were excellent. One pot of tea gave me four cups. The french onion soup was lovely. Our server, Shawna, was a gem----so friendly to us and passers-by.

I recently had the fish and chip dinner. The dinner was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. The coleslaw was a amazing . The portions were perfect and I loved ever bite. Thank you for the delicious food and prices were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

Food was excellent. The chef knows how to present a dish. The Massaman Curry with chicken was ridiculously delicious. The only thing that didn't seem in place was the cutlery being in a paper napkin rather than a cloth napkin. It seemed odd with such beautifully presented meals.

I would like to personally thank your staff and especially Mikayla spelling? for a truly wonderful experience this past July. The service was outstanding, the ambience magical and warmly welcoming, and the food was totally awesome! My partner and I have been irregular customers Covid etc and always love dining at The Lakehouse in Bayfield Ontario as it's always excellent. What made this evening special was the grace and sheer professionalism shown by Mikayla and the other staff when it definitely was time for us to relocate from the covered patio to the dining room the skies opened and the rain came sideways. Thank you all! This July evening was one of those evenings one remembers with joy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointing and overpriced! Given the cost, our expectations of this boutique hotel were high end but they missed the mark on so many levels that we won't be returning. The 'back garden view' from our balcony was actually a view of the roof, a tent in the back and their storage area, not to mention the annoying hum of the kitchen exhaust. The 'complimentary breakfast' arrived in a recycle bin outside our door and included a couple of croissants and bagels in a ziploc bag they forgot I'm gluten free, small fruit salad complete with a human hair in it and yogurt. I could go on .... the suite appeared nice on the surface til you notice all of the artwork is ripped, the wifi code didn't work, the tv was tiny... anything but an upscale experience!

Big shout out to Morgan and the whole kitchen crew front of staff too, we always get treated amazing by the staff and the kitchen makes some killer stuff tonight they made the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had and my girlfriends dad loved the shaved ribeye

A great restaurant that has a nice outdoor covered patio - the weather could be an issue on some days so be aware. The service was responsive and good. There is a limited menu but all items were well received by our party. They also have a good selection of drinks. We would go back if in the area.

Stood at the front desk waiting for somebody to seat us - at least three people inside must have seen us. After being totally ignored for 10 minutes left and went to the Black Dog for a very nice meal with great service.
