75 beautiful acres with 1,300 feet of walkable Lake Michigan shoreline, three main hiking trails, featuring champion trees, amazing bluff views of Lake Michigan, and so much more. Picnic tables available; restroom available; part of the M-22 Bird Trail. Open sunrise to dusk every day. Free. Donations appreciated.

Take a tour with a guide and learn about the two champion trees, and dozens of other amazing trees on this spectacular property. Birds in abundance, and interesting family history. A lovely spot to stretch your legs, or walk in peace and enjoy the natural surroundings.

I enjoyed the variety of tree species the most. Many of these are identified and some facts about the plant described. I'm glad that we didn't skip this.

Giant sequoia in Michigan...who would've thought. Trees species were much better than the birds though...and arborists were there the day we were, and were fonts of knowledge.
