Service à la clientèle lamentable, manque total de communication entre les employés. Au moment d'écrire ce commentaire, ça fait 18 jours que j'attends un retour d'appel pour faire sortir une soumission commerciale pour un évier de cuisine et toujours sans nouvelles ! À ce stade-ci, n'importe quel plombier de Lanaudière vous donnera du meilleur service qu'eux, je vous le garantis. C'est juste pénible....
