They have very poor phone support. Wait times are excessive! What happened to a small town credit union with good service.

If you could put negative that's what the review would be. They have the worse service ever. No ability to help you. Transfer Transfer Transfer that's all the vocabulary they know. Oh wait they do know "there will be a fee for that" I thought maybe the merge from Centel would be better. But nope. At least their staff knew you and was friendly.

I wanted to put negative stars for how s**** their service and ability to keep up with today's technology was. They are still in the stone age. DO NOT USE STAY AWAY RUN WHILE YOU CAN
