Beautiful SkyTrain station with lots of parking spaces.
Lafarge Lake-Douglas Station, a spot for departing to an expected destination and arriving back home, is familiar for most residents who live in Coquitlam. Glad to see these skytrains because they mean a lot, like life, education, career and holidays. On the platform, passengers can enjoy the great mountain view and park scenery. There are parking lots nearby.
Beautiful and new, this station is the terminus of the evergreen extension of the Millennium line Skytrain Station. It is steps away from Lafarge lake and the nearby Evergreen centre.nnEnjoy seeing this massive frog at the base of the entrance to the station itself. The man-made lake’s history and transformation is celebrated by this giant statue rising from the ground.
Really cool and awesome station, this is by far one of my favorite stations out of all the Skytrain™ stations. Good job TransLink™ but I still think ya'll need to lower transit fees.
A great walk - we always find free parking on the road, a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll any time of year.
