Ladoux's Laundry Mat

Machines used to be well maintained, lately, begining to loose money more frequently. Place isn't a dump like most laundromats (gets Stars here,) cleaning crew comes through nightly. Convience when your machines are down, can shop while washing Negatives: problem with drains or sewer causing god awful stinch til someone runs a load with bleach. No hot water in bathroom sink. Don't get refunds when a machine doesn't work, (they post a number, but never call back). Rarely toilet paper in bathroom. Worst thing here? No AC when is hot out, this place is Deadly Hot inside.

I recently moved to Omak so I am still familiarizing myself with my new town. I agree with the other poster, an absolutely horrible place to wash laundry!! This place was run down, washers broken down, and one washer stole .50 cents from me. Bathrooms weren't stocked, so no paper. And, I saved the best for last: IT'S EXPENSIVE!! I saw the cost of the washes and thought, "Holy Cow, these are spendy." Another customer who was there told me that a machine had stolen from him as well, and when he called the posted phone number to complain, there was no answer. I will never go to this laundromat again. I take my business to the laundromat in Okanogan, which is a nice place, not to mention CHEAPER place, to do laundry.

First, is ridiculous expensive. It stinks, dirty bathroom and appliances, I was so concerned that my clothes would smell like the place. Never coming back!!

Worst place to do laundry ive ever encounted today.. Multiple washers were broken the 550 machine stopped 5 mins into wash.. No one was there to refund my money or soap.. Another was 450 machine didnt get my clothes wet all the way and no they werent over stuffed went to put in smaller washer.. 1st one i put powdered soap then clothes then the machine would not take the quarters had yo use more soap again and go to another washer... 5 minutes a quarter to dry and took dam near three bucks to dry n i had to put in very small loads to get them to dry at all.. Finally left and about 80 percent of my clothes are hanging up to finish drying.. It stunk like moldy water inside and my clothes xame out dryer with what looks like pet hair and i dont own one pet!!!!! So it took me about 40 bucks to wash and half way dry three good size laundry baskets and a comforter.. I just moved to omak one week ago... Im so mad there is no notice with someone to call whos on call.. What a complete rip off.. I will be sure to spread the word about my waste of day attempting to do laundry and will go to the junction instead.. Their washers and dryers work and have soap to wash your after you use restroom.. This place didnt even have that today !!!!!
