Just got a hitch installed today and just wow!nIt was worth every penny. Looks really good, it’s well done and looks like it came with the car originally.nVery charming , smiling & funny staff at the service.nBtw the purchase in June 2023 went A1 and I have now become a Subaru driver all the way!

I had a great experience at Lachute Subaru! For a couple of weeks, I had been test driving different makes of SUVs in the Ottawa area. One day, I noticed an Ascent was available for purchase in Lachute. I called the dealership and spoke with Dominic. I had never purchased a vehicle in the province of Québec, and being an Ontario resident, I was curious to know how it worked. Dominic immediately put my mind at ease by answering all my questions over the phone. He walked me through the process of buying a vehicle in Québec. I was so impressed with his transparency and friendliness that I decided to drive to Lachute that very same day to test drive the car!nnWhen I arrived at the dealership, a kind woman by the name of Marlène greeted me immediately as Dominic was helping another client. She didn’t want to keep me waiting, so she brought me out for a test drive. Afterwards, I sat down with Dominic to review the Carfax, as well as the recent vehicle inspection for the Ascent. Dominic was patient and professional as he answered a few other questions of mine. I ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier!nnI have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I was very impressed with their customer service. There is a real sense of teamwork and collaboration between the employees at Lachute Subaru. They take great pride in their vehicles, and their priority is customer satisfaction.
