Have been using this company for years to ship to the same customer who is 14 min driver outside lac la biche. Recently they started charging an "extra" delivery fee?? The fee is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive! Double the price of the regular freight charges. They claim its because the customer is so far out of town. . .again been shipping there for years and its 14 min from town only. Correspondence regarding this matter was difficult as well. I had to follow up more then once to get a response and when I did questions were ignored/ not answered. I believe it was the manager but he did not identify himself. It was the lack of concern on how this has impacted a pretty loyal customer that was really disappointing. Had this been handled a little more sympathetically they might have received some in return. I recommend trying their competitors like B&R Eckels or Rosenau instead. . . . which is what we will be doing.
Forgot our pick up one time. Hopefully it doesn't happen again
