November 17, 2016 I went in for my consultation and the next day (November 18, 2016) I brought in a certified cheque for my retainer. During that time I called almost every 2 weeks or so to see what the status of my seperation paperwork was, each time I was always reassured it was on her desk waiting for review. "The moment Lisa" was able to get to it I was surely to receive a call to bring me in and sign, we'll I would not be writing this review if that happened. After hearing this for 2 months I decided to contact another lawyer and on Feb 6, 2017 had my consultation with that law firm and again placed my retainer down that day. 1 week went by and I received a letter in the mail for the next steps to compose the paperwork and on Feb 28th I went into that law firm you sig, 3 weeks it took this law firm to do what Lisa Labutes office promised well over 3 months ago. I'm currently trying to obtained my retainer back and u guessed it continually getting the run around with that too, going on a month now that I have been working on this. I went to Lisa Labutes office based on her reviews I found however received the opposite experiance. I would NEVER recommend this law firm unless they have months and months to wait for anything if anything to happen.
