I went to La Vie en Rose to buy a bathing suit. I needed a replacement for the suit I bought here four years ago and hadn’t found anything at any other store. I am not a fan of bathing suit shopping but Victoria really helped me out. She was kind and honest and made me feel comfortable, almost like I was shopping with my best friend. Victoria made my day and found me tops that complimented my body shape. If you want a quality bathing suit, good prices and AMAZING service go to La Vie en Rose!!!

When I went, the staff were all chatting together the entire time..loudly! I tried on a few bathing suits. Not one staff member asked if I needed assistance which I did. I asked a staff member a question, and she was curt with me. I went to check out, and the group kept chatting, except one lady noticed me and checked me out. I paid 50$ for a bathing suit top that should have been 25$.  I don't like to be bothered while shopping, but the staff should at least acknowledge the shopper, especially if they are trying items on which I was. Maybe they were tired as it was towards closing time but I would have liked some assistance.

Staff was helpful when asked, quite pleasant. However after buying 3 items and spending almost $200 we were offered a garbage bag to carry our items out, or simple take them in our arms. Shocking. Whatever the reason for bags not being delivered, the manager should of at least done a Uline generic bag order and not allow customers to leave in such a way. These items were also a gift,and it chepened the whole look by me having them thrown at me in a ball basically. Unaceptable.

“Victoria” needs to be fired from this location or given some serious training. She is discriminating and profiling people who walk into the store. She stared me and my gf down the entire time we were there, from the moment we walked in. I asked if there was a problem, she said she was there to help and I said I didn’t need it. She continued to stare and even follow us around the store. She even tried taking the items I was going to purchase from my hands but I just went to the front to pay and complain to the manager. The manager said that they have had a lot of theft lately and she apologized that the employee made that assumption about us but honestly that’s not enough. Been a regular customer here for over 15 years and might not come back to this location until she is gone.

Best bra shopping experience with Lisa! She was kind and warm and had great knowledge of her products .She flitted me then spent a lot of time helping me find  the right size and style for me . :She was patient and not  pushy at all.  I Left happy with my bras  and the experience in general.

Wonderful customer service and lots of variety at this location! Had a difficult time at first but the staff were very friendly, super helpful and totally non-judgemental during my time in the store and we were successful in finding some amazing garments with the perfect fit! Would definitely recommend to people!

This store has always been a favorite of mine. The staffs are always friendly, ready, and willing to assist me in finding my needs. Not to mention a clean environment makes shopping easy...the manager is always bubbly, and she creates a great visual for my shopping experience...

Absolutely stellar place to shop. A long time client of another chain, I didn't like the most recent collections or materials. Time for a change. I went to this location out of curiosity and managed to fill bags worth of beautifully designed lingerie,  evening wear and lounge wear.  I am rather picky and will honestly say, design, material and fit were completely spot on. Brittany was my go to woman at this location she was fabulous,  kind, accommodating and fast, honestly stellar shopping experience.

Great experience here. We were assisted as soon as we got in. Great environment and service from the staff.

This store has a great selection of products. Friendly and helpful staff. I have been helped by Myra and Karina. I will definitely be back to get some lounge wear and swim for the remainder of summer. The manager has a bubbly personality and greets me when i arrive.
