Hands down the best taco truck I've encountered in the North Sound area! Conveniently located off the freeway, good prices, and fast service with high quality, well seasoned ingredients. The supreme burritos are decent enough you get a lot of food for the money, but the TACOS are where it's at! Be sure to try both the regular tacos AND the "tacos vampiros" if you go here. Plus, the salsas and horchata are always on point! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the North Everett/Marysville/Tulalip area. Parking: Parking is a bit limited. There are a couple makeshift spots right next to the food truck, but you may have to park at the McDonald's or the gas station to find a spot.
Tried the asada steak, carnitas pork and pollo chicken street tacos. The carnitas were fantastic, and then the pollo. Two of each taco for a total of six was just right for a meal. Includes red and green hot sauce and grilled onion and radishes. Not greasy and very delicious. Eat 'em while they're fresh! Parking: Several parking spaces available next to the food truck. Dietary restrictions: The street tacos are made with corn tortillas, and are gluten-free friendly.

My new favorite taco trucks, el ray 2 min west open at 11am. so sometimes when your stomach wanted tacos I'll go for this one.
